Unless prior written approval by the AITKD is obtained, students who fail to attend a scheduled class forfeit their right to that lesson. A reasonable number of make-ups will be allowed within a reasonable time period to the student for illness or vacation. For a 12 week course, a maximum of 2 classes may be made up by the 14th week. There are no make-ups for convenience. The AITKD agrees to teach the specified classes which the "student" agrees to attend. The AITKD will schedule at least the number of classes required by this agreement with the time indicated, however, if the AITKD, does not schedule at least that number within the time required, the AITKD at its option may offer make up classes to the student (even if the time period has passed) instead of any refund.
Course Tuition Payments
Cardio Kickboxing
All payments are due as scheduled, whether you attend class or not. A Course Extension Credit will be given for courses 12 weeks or less if reason for absence meets the above policy.
Annual students pay a discounted rate which takes in account for any vacation or holidays, therefore, all payments are still due as scheduled and course extensions will not be granted.
