FAQ's
I've never done this, will I be able to keep up?
Since there are no choreographed moves, anyone can do this. By the 3rd lesson, most of our students do great. With each class, you will feel more confident and a step closer to a stronger body.

Will I lose weight?
That's dependent on you. To lose weight you have to diet and excercise. Exercise alone will not help you meet your weight loss goals. Exercise will help to reshape your body. Our classes combine cardio and resistance training so your goals can be reached quicker....but once again you must be willing to SWEAT!!

How many times per week should I work out?
We recommend 2 times a week with cross training in another way. Many of our kickboxers also train in Tae Kwon Do.

What should I wear?
Comfortable workout clothes, towel, a bottle of water, and a willingness to sweat. As martial artists we work out in bare feet. If you chose a workout shoe, be sure it has a low gripping bottom since our techniques involve pivoting on the ball of our foot.

Can I bring a friend?
Sure, just let us know before coming so we can make sure there's room in the class and that there are not other newcomers coming the same night. It becomes difficult for the instructor to teach more than 1 new student at a time.

Will I learn to defend myself?
You will gain practical self defense techniques and build your confidence.

How much does it cost?
Initially we always offer a short term highly discounted special. The cost after the special varies dependent on the term.
